Our projects range from large commercial buildings over 190,000 square ft. to boutique buildings less than 3.000 square ft. With respect to framing and facades we perform CFLG and wood framing load bearing and non loadbearing in a way that saves our customers cost and callback by spending a lot of time before we start the project learning the drawings and specifications. Having the ability to frame and do the facader scope our team eliminates hundreds of hours of coordination for our customers. Taking these major scopes we will build your structure and then install the windows, doors and facade assuring all the work is correct without pointing fingers at other subcontractors. Another unique aspect of our team is our dedication to being at the leading edge of new systems, training, means and methods. Our team has passive Building Certified members, we are comfortable with SIS panels, rainscreen facades and modern structural construction techniques. RECENT PROJECTS The Alice - Princeton. New Jersey. 183,000 Square ft. wood framed building. 80,000 square ft. facade over Dupont Armor Wall SIS Panels. Included Swiss Pearl, aPlank,ATAS, Stacked Stone with a Limestone Band.  The Hotel Indigo - West Chester, Pennsylvania. 63,000 square ft. wood framed 6 story hotel in downtown West Chester. Innovative logistics were needed due to site conditions. 19,000 square ft. of EIFS and detailed cornice elements. Created custom exterior panel and trim details. Set windows and doors.  Canoe Apartments - Wood framed 4 story building over $315,000. square ft. Due to a tight schedule we utilized over 40 people and framed the building in under 10 months. - Ting Residence - Custom home in the Hampton personal residence for two New York Architects. Cold Formed Light Gauge Framing infilling a structural and concrete superstructure. Round framing elements, super high R value challenges, high performance Air Vapor Barrier. The facade is a precision regiment 12" slat system using Swiss Pearl Concealed Fastener System.  Paddle Tennis Hut at Essex Hunt Club - 2,700 Square ft. Steel Superstructure is the skeleton of this project. Our team framed the project, created a hybrid system of framing and R49 insulation over corrugated roof decking. Custom James Hardie Board and Batten Facade with wood rakes and soffits. Installed high performance insulation ,sound insulation and Gypsum Wall Board Assemblies. Finish details including a stone veneer chimney, custom hearths and mantels. The customer vision was to take the resilience of a commercial structure and finish it to look like a custom colonial masterpiece that emulated the feel of this historical club.  RVCC - Swiss Pearl and James Hardie College Art Room. 355 Powerhouse - Engineered Structural Demolition and reframe The former Jersey City Electric Company Powerhouse to be ready for a new art museum. 156 Algonquin - Interior fit out all major scopes from framing to millwork converting a warehouse to a new gym . Evesham - 153,000 wood framed building. Featuring four story steel tube and laminated beam engineered system.
